Through NEFA's Meet the Composer/New England program, composer Jin Hi Kim took part in a week-long residency during which the Boston Modern Orchestra premiered a work they commissioned from her as part of a program entitled "Concertos for Indigenous Instruments." This was the first time one of her works premiered in Boston.
