American Dance Festival (ADF) will present Eiko’s 45-minute solo, A Body in Places, during the 2015-2016 season at the Cordoba Center for the Arts and various public locations (16’). The engagement includes a masterclass by Eiko, “Delicious Movement,” for the ADF Six Week School, and a photo exhibition, A Body in Fukushima, with photographs by William Johnston of Eiko in radiation-affected Fukushima. A video of the photos will be shown after each performance and the prints will be on exhibit at Reynolds Industries Theater, Pleiades Gallery, and the Allenton Gallery and Semans Gallery at the Durham Arts Council (15’).
