AYO - Are You Ok? is an atypical dance production. Drawing on the choreographer's own story, the piece follows three characters through a performance that merges dance and acting. The Are You OK? cast of sixteen dancers explores the universal theme of embracing our whole selves while questioning our modern day crisis of inauthenticity. It is scheduled to be performed at the Rex Theater in Manchester, New Hampshire on December 7, 2022.
