Arts Council of Tamworth brings Mexican singer and dancer Verónica Robles and her mariachi band to Tamworth in May 2016. Robles will spend three days in Tamworth in advance of her band, teaching a variety of Mexican and Latin American dances to every student at the local K-8 elementary school, other area students, and community members of all ages. She will perform dances for both school and the local community, and then offer a final Choose Your Own Ticket Price performance with her 4-member mariachi band and participation from some students and workshop members.
