Stackin' Stylez is an annual freestyle dance festival curated mainly to honor and preserve street style dance history. The festival is made up of a panel featuring Boston's urban dance pioneers, workshops from high level international street style dancers, a dance competition/showcase with a game style like format filled with challenges for competitors. In 2020 Ashton will build a mobile installation (performance set and dance performances) at different locations around Boston featuring an interactive street show with classes, and mock dance battles for prizes.
