The Bar Harbor Music Festival is proud to have exceptional violist Ashleigh Gordon as a visiting artist for the Bar Harbor Music Festival New Composers Concert and Forum. Ms. Gordon has extensive experience with new music and she will participate in the New Composers Forum Panel Discussion at the College of the Atlantic. Gordon will help prepare the concert music, which will include the world premiere for Flute, Viola and Harp by Joshua Cody. Additional pieces on the program are Sonata by Claude Debussy, Trio (2010) by Patrick Zimmerli, and others.
