The Bates Dance Festival will host Kate Weare Company (KWC) July 25 – 31, 2016 which will include two performances of Marksman née Unstruck and an excerpted version of Dark Lark in the Schaeffer Theatre. Also included is an Inside Dance lecture by Debra Cash; a Q & A after both shows; a free Show & Tell for 200 teens; and a master class for our Youth Arts Program (youth 7-16). Kate Weare and company member Doug Gillespie will serve on the Professional Training Program faculty teaching 45 classes in modern, choreography lab, and repertory for BDF students.
