The Bates Dance Festival (BDF) will present Sean Dorsey Dance's "Boys in Trouble" in July 2018. The work will be presented on July 12 & 14 and will be the one show in the Festival that spans the two training programs – The Young Dancers Workshop (YDW) and The Professional Training Program (PTP). Sean will teach two daily rep classes over the course of the three-week YDW, interacting daily with nearly half of the 14-18 year old student body. During the week of his performance, he will participate in two of the new Inside Dance Community Conversations, one at the Lewiston Public Library and one at New Beginnings, a drop-in center for youth at risk.
