Bates Dance Festival will host The Davis Sisters for a one-week residency to work on their new evening-length dance-theater piece The Davis Sisters are Absolutely in Love All the Time Always and Forever ; A Romantic Comedy. This residency will include Joy Davis teaching for a week, Alex Davis building and presenting a fiber arts installation, and five days of studio time culminating in a free informal public showing for BDF students and faculty as well as community members.
