As part of the 2024 Bates Dance Festival Kimberly Bartosik will develop and present her new project The Encounter with high school aged dance students in our Young Dancers Intensive, as well as local dancers, and community members. The Encounter is a long-term, intergenerational work created with communities around the world merging professional, pre-professional, and non-professional performers.
