The Builders Association

The Builders Association, a mid-career theater ensemble specializing in the integration of state-of-the-art media, will conduct field research on alternative non-profit business models in response to the changing touring environment. This grant will allow the company to strategically shift our business model towards long-term sustainability by adopting a project-to-project administration and creating a clear road map to sustaining the artistic life of the company. The transition funds will be applied to an 18-month project identifying and enacting the best strategy for creating a new company model that emphasizes long-term strength.
