This proposal is for a public art sculpture project to further increase and enhance the visibility of art in Lynn's downtown core. The location is in the immediate vicinity of Lynn's Central Square and will be placed at the Gateway entrance to the recently designated Arts and Cultural district. The area is quickly becoming an artistic and cultural hotspot as there are a number of organizations and events drawing people from and outside of Lynn to downtown.
