Christal Brown/INSPIRIT

An organizational consultant with over 25 years of experience has been identified and is scheduled to begin working with the organization on strategic planning, board development and leadership, organizational systems and development initiatives in September. Funding will be utilized to continue the organization's successful implementation of transitioning and fully establishing INSPIRIT within Vermont, and working with the identified consultant to assess the organization's health, needs, and resources. The findings from this assessment and visioning will be utilized to establish a one-, three-, and five-year organizational plan of action.
