The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center will present two public performances of “Odeon.” In this collaboration, siblings Ephrat (choreographer) and Ehud Asherie (musician) electrify audiences with a combination of high-energy hip-hop and Latin rhythms. Odeon is presented as part of the Clarice’s Visiting Arts series through our Artist Partner Programs (APP). With a strong belief that artists can be catalysts for community change, leadership and empowerment, APP extends the academic learning and cultural opportunities for UMD students, and enhances the artistic ecology of the community that surrounds and supports the university.
