The Colonial Performing Arts Center

The Colonial will present Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo (The Trocks) on 3/30/19, followed by a post-show Q&A. The Trocks will perform a representative collection of ballet repertoire in their celebrated comedic style. Faithful to the manners and conceits of ballet, the Trocks highlight its underlying absurdities and lampoon the form’s undeniably peculiar conventions. This engagement will be accompanied by pre-performance workshops and discussion groups at Keene High School, and Antioch University of New England as part of The Colonial’s Education and Outreach Program. The Colonial will also screen the film, Rebels on Pointe, followed by a panel discussion on gender identity.
