Contemporary Arts Center (CAC)

During zoe|juniper's premiere residency at the Contemporary Arts Center, our flexibly designed warehouse space will host "Clear and Sweet," an unusual intersection of Sacred Harp Singers and Contemporary Dancers. A tie to choreographer Zoe Scofield's Georgia roots, Harp Singing is an a Cappella choral music tradition that has been preserved for centuries within Appalachian Baptist church communities. The CAC will include education and outreach programming. including Q&A discussion, listening party, and other outreach events leading up to the three performances of "Clear and Sweet."
