Cultural Organization of Lowell (COOL)

The Point Park Public Art Project will result in a major piece of public art by noted visual artist Nancy Selvage. As the signature landmark of the Hamilton Canal District, the City of Lowell's centerpiece redevelopment initiative, this large-scale, iconic sculpture will serve as a focal point for our ethnically and economically diverse downtown community. Sited where four historic canals converge, the Point Park sculpture will be a highly visible beacon for Lowell's Arts and Culture District and a beloved symbol for its residents.
