Dance Place will present Sean Dorsey Dance in The Missing Generation, a dance theater work which investigates the contemporary impact of the loss of much of an entire generation of transgender and queer people to AIDS during the 1980’s. Dorsey created the production through a two-year LGBT Inter-Generational Oral History Project, extensive archival research, and Community Engagement Residencies in cities across the US.
