Debate Society

This project will increase The Debate Society’s organizational stability so we can continue to make original, high-quality plays. We will grow our current administrative position of part-time Producer/General Manager and participate in specific strategic planning with consultants from Arts Action Research (AAR). Specifically, we will examine and redefine our producing model alongside our core company values. Expanding the position of our producer and focused work on these topics will help us to answer the current critical questions that we face as a company and enable us to take positive steps in order to further our company’s longevity and sustainability.
