Featuring the combined force of singers, dancers, and audiences, “Path of Miracles” is a collaborative work between ODC/Dance and the San Francisco choral group Volti. ODC Co-Artistic Director KT Nelson will direct the dancers and singers in a site-specific evening-length performance on Sat, Nov 2, 2019. Nelson will use Joby Talbot’s a cappella score “Path of Miracles” as the scaffold for exploring the pilgrim experience and its success at creating community.
The piece will start at St. Anthony of Padua’s Catholic Church, progress to the Little Red Schoolhouse, and then make its way to the Desert Caballeros Western Museum. Each venue is ADA accessible and located in Wickenburg’s downtown.
