Double Edge Theatre

If awarded, this grant will bridge funding gaps in Double Edge’s operating costs caused by the COVID-19 crisis including programmatic and capital expenses. The majority of funds will pay personnel: the ensemble members and staff whose duties range from the artistic to the administrative, from community organizing to strategic planning -- not to mention farming. Upcoming projects include a physically distanced Summer Spectacle, a telecast of our performance "Leonora & Alejandro" at Peak Performances at Montclair State University, Art Justice residencies, Ohketeau programming, and development of our touring spectacles "We The People" and "Leonora’s World."
