Dunamis’ mission is to ignite agency and transformative growth for emerging artists and arts managers of color by serving as a nexus for professional development, community building, consultation, production, advocacy and developing equitable pipelines for access and leadership in creative spaces. By focusing on black and brown communities, we uplift a marginalized community and empower them to be leaders in creative thought in the local arts sector. We build a better Boston by uplifting people who need the type of educational, community building, and mentorship opportunities that Dunamis provides.
