Eugene O'Neill Theater Center

This fall, the O’Neill will host Wakka Wakka to develop "MADE IN CHINA." The residency will launch a collaborative project with the Redfern and Dartmouth, who will present the piece in 2017. At the O’Neill, Wakka Wakka will workshop and rehearse the work, and present staged public performances to diverse audiences. A discussion will highlight thematic and source material. Questions and feedback will influence the work’s development, serving as an important resource for the artists and collaborative partners. Finally, a dramaturg from the O’Neill will generate program notes to be shared by the partners’ productions, providing access to theatrical context for the New Hampshire audiences.
