Dancer/choreographer Shantala Shivalingappa performs her solo work Akasha ("space" in Sanskrit), an evening of five dances with live music from five musicians. Ms. Shivalingappa will also offer a lecture-demonstration to dance students of the University of Vermont, as well as the general public, and engage in a post-show Q and A.
