FringeArts will present Reggie Wilson's "Citizen" in the 2016 Philadelphia Fringe Festival, on September 8-10. As part of this project, we will offer free events to engage audiences in a lecture, post-show Q&A, and an artist workshop. All performances will be held at FringeArts at 140 N columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA.
