Hillsboro Deering School District #34, Hillcat Theatre

Hillcat Community Theatre will commission Will Ogmundson to compase a new, full length musical about Franklin Pierce's son, Bennie, who died on the eve of his inugaration and haunted both the President and the White House for the next four years as the country got caught up in the rising tide of the civil war. Will's work in progress will be presented in a series of monthly readings until rehearsals start at which time Will becomes part of all of the music rehearsals. Performances will include two receptions and four audience Q & A's.
