The Hopkins Center will host a residency and performances by New England-founded Cirque Mechanics engaging community of all ages in “Pedal Punk,” a theatrical circus experience celebrating all things mechanical, especially bicycles. Sparking new creative partnerships in local sports, health, and science sectors, including makers, cycling community, a local science museum, and youth involved with BMX biking, the project emphasizes the local community’s pride in sport and invention.
