Inspired by the exploits of the first North American lumberjacks, loggers, and farmers, the talented acrobats of Cirque Alfonse have created a crazily unique circus that is as Quebecois as poutine! These superhuman performers explore the atmosphere of logging camps and Quebecois folklore, transforming every log and saw at hand into a circus apparatus. Incredible feats of agility and strength include log-walking, hatchet-juggling, clog-dancing, and aerial acrobatics, all accompanied by live traditional French-Canadian folk music.
