Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción is presenting Lydia Pérez and Yoruba 2 as part of the 2012 celebration of Festival Betances, New England's oldest Latino cultural festival, celebrating its 39th anniversary. This group will take part of the Puerto Rican Heritage Day, joining musicians and dancers performing Puerto rican music and dance throughout the day on July 22
