Jacob’s Pillow will present Camille A. Brown & Dancers in a special multi-part engagement during the 2016-2017 seasons. The Pillow is supporting the development of a new work “ink” through a Creative Development Residency in Nov 2016. In early July 2017 CABD will lead a three-day intensive workshop for young women in Pittsfield and North Adams, MA. The company returns in late July 2017 to perform “Black Girl: Linguistic Play” during a week long engagement in the Doris Duke Theatre during the Pillow's 85th anniversary season. This extended engagement offers the Pillow a singular opportunity to reach new audiences in our region, within specific communities and across them.
