Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival

Jacob’s Pillow will present Versa-Style Dance Company on the outdoor Henry J. Leir stage, July 13, 2023 as part of its 91st annual Festival. Versa-Style Dance Company will perform “Freemind Freestyle,” a new evening-length work that debuted in 2021. The performance will be followed by a brief question and answer session with the artists, offering audiences additional insight about the company and their work. A community dance workshop led by company members will also be offered. This engagement will build on community connections, following Versa-Style’s 2022 performance as part of the free On the Road series, and an extended residency as part of the 10x10 Festival in Pittsfield, MA which included workshops in the Pittsfield Public Schools and a performance and community workshop at the Berkshire Boys & Girls Club.
