Jazz Residency Initiative

NEST artist John Hunter will be performing in a jazz quartet as part of the 2017 Capstone Concert in Fryeburg, Maine. Dave Pietro will be the featured artist for a three day artist-in-residency hosted by Fryeburg Academy, a public high school in Fryeburg, Maine. After three days of teaching, the students will join Mr. Pietro on stage to open the Capstone Concert. The majority of the concert will be comprised of a professional jazz combo featuring three New England artist playing with Mr. Pietro. Specifically, NEST artist John Hunter (Bassist), Tom Snow (Pianist), and Les Harris Jr (Drummer) complete the quartet with Mr. Pietro.
