The Mariposa Museum is presenting the Angkor Dance Troupe as part of their Southeast Asia Exhibition to celebrate the beauty of the ancient and rich Cambodian dance tradition. The Angkor Dance Troupe is the preeminent exponent of this art form in New England. Peterborough has a strong Cambodian influence, many of who have no exposure to their cultural heritage. Other events include movies,speakers on the history of Cambodia, student dance instruction and folk art.
