Choreographer and performer Edisa Weeks’ engagement with Kelly Strayhorn Theater (KST) will run from Apr 21-28, 2024 and include a Welcome Dinner and Artist Talk on Monday, Apr. 22; “Precision & Abandonment,” a movement workshop with KST mutual-aid residency partner PearlArts on Apr. 24; and two presentations of Weeks’ “3 RITES: Liberty” on Apr. 26-27 at Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Each performance will be followed by a facilitated discussion to unpack the work.
