Ko Festival of Performance

During a pandemic exacerbated by threatening storms, 3 apartment dwellers are thrown together in an existential struggle hinging on their personal stances on climate change & a developing water crisis. Zara, Pakistani immigrant & friend to Sergei the building’s super, is missing. They’ve been designing a secret project to save their building from an impending flood. Luna, a Mexican oceanographic student & Drew, a climate denier, son of the building’s owner, are quickly embroiled in the search. The world premiere of Serious Play Theatre Ensemble’s MOVING WATER streams for 3 performances, followed by lively postshows with the ensemble, audience & environmentalists, + a virtual lobby display.
