The NEAR grant will support:
-Live & virtual programming, including Ko’s annual summer festival, featuring a diverse array of devised ensemble & solo work.
-The postponed “ENSEMBLE: Seeding the Future,” a 4-day professional development & cross-pollination opportunity held in collaboration with a cohort of local ensembles & the Network of Ensemble Theaters, so that local & national artists may gather with other arts sector professionals (funders, presenters).
-Staff compensation, including increased intern compensation.
-Staff trainings, particularly anti-racism & technology trainings
-Web and other tech solutions to allow for hybrid programming and increased disability access.
