Ko Festival of Performance

Ko Festival celebrates its 25th Anniversary by inviting alumni artists back to perform their newest works. Previously Ko has hosted multiple Sandglass Theater performances, workshops and premieres. Their newest piece will be featured - which, in some ways, is also their oldest piece. Sandglass' Artistic Director, Eric Bass, after over 30 years, has decided to retire from performing his signature piece, "Autumn Portraits". This new piece, "When I Put on Your Glove"is performed by his daughter Shoshana Bass. In it she weaves together "Autumn Portraits" material with a contemporary reflections about the complicated nature of navigating generational artistic inheritance.
