Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission presents Dallas Black Dance Theatre in the Nina Simone Project- multi-layered history of performing artist and singer Nina Simone. The ballet will be performed with visual projections and biographical narration, set to gospel, blues, jazz and folk songs from Nina Simone's acclaimed career.
