MDC Live Arts plans a one week residency for /peh-LO-tah/ including at least one public performance, one school performance and four residency activities. Performance venue is still in negotiation as dates and technical fit are still being determined with area venues. One venue being explored is the Little Haiti Cultural Center which offers a capacity of 300 and a sprung floor. Residency activity will include a workshop in the MDC Live Arts Lab for students and the general public, in particular the MDC Live Arts Lab’s growing population of resident and associated working artists.
