NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, in partnership with the City of Woonsocket, the Downtown Woonsocket Collaborative, and the WATCH Coalition seek to present Kim Trusty on Friday, August 13 as part of the annual Levitt AMP Woonsocket Music Series. The series is funded by the Levitt Foundation and aims to revitalize abandoned space, increase pride in place, build community and support the local economy through the power of free, live music. Each week of the series is a celebration of local diversity through incredibly talented local, regional, and national musicians. Kim Trusty and her band will be a beautiful addition to an eclectic lineup, exposing 600 Rhode Islanders to her art.
