New Orleans Ballet Association

New Orleans Ballet Association, in partnership with NOCCA, will present Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE on November 4 & 5, 2022 (two mixed-repertory performances and one community matinee performance). Performances will feature Brown’s newest work, “The Equality of Night and Day.” The engagement builds on NOBA’s long relationship with the company, which includes Main Stage performances since 2002; deep community residencies; teaching, setting, and creating work for NOBA students; a multigenerational cast of Brown’s “On Earth Together,” and more. Residency activities will include master classes in the contemporary technique of Ronald K. Brown/EVIDENCE for NOBA students, NOCCA students; an open, multigenerational community workshop; and an open rehearsal. Families of NOBA Center for Dance youth and NOBA Arts Health & Wellness program participants (Senior Dance Fitness and Dance for Parkinson’s) will receive deeply discounted tickets to attend.
