Next Stage Arts Project

Next Stage Arts will present Klezperanto, a highly lauded Boston-based Klezmer band, as a part of the organization’s Bandwagon Summer Series. Klezperanto combines traditional Klezmer music with a variety of ethnic musical styles and Broadway-styled arrangements to create a modern, unique take on the classic Klezmer style. The band will host a Q&A and panel discussion following their performance, and bring a short performance and talkback to Putney Central School to showcase the history and background of Klezmer music with young students.
