Northwestern University brings artist Rosy Simas in Skin(s) a performance which examines cultural, political, and identity issues that make belonging to a sovereign nation within a larger, “melting pot” culture so complex. Performed within an immersive otherworldly environment of sets, film, text, and sound. Activities include two performances, workshop and talk with Simas; hosted by the Kaplan Institute for the Humanities and other entities on campus, and lunch discussions with the Native student organizations on campus.
