Bridgman|Packer’s newest work, TRUCK, will crisscross the region, encouraging creative placemaking by bringing the arts to unexpected locations in New England communities. Six venues in four states will host Bridgman|Packer for a series of deeply engaging performance residencies centered around TRUCK. TRUCK can be presented anywhere a truck can be parked. It is designed to be performed inside the bed of a 17-foot box truck with the audience looking in from the outside, transforming an ordinary vehicle into a reimagined space filled with performance and video projections. On Deer Isle, working with a truck will be an excellent way to integrate with the Main St. working waterfront community.
