The Porter-Phelps-Huntington Museum celebrates the 33rd season of Wednesday Folk Traditions with seven performances on Wednesday evenings in June and July. The concerts are designed to highlight the region's ethnic heritage and to introduce the cultures of varied ethnic groups to residents of the region providing a meeting-ground in which pride of diverse cultural heritage and sensitivity to ethnic diversity can be fostered. The Museum tells this story as well through the many servants, slaves, artisans, farmers, and family who made this home.
