River Arts

The River Arts arts center is presenting Dan Stevens, in a concert, reception and workshop all geared to teaching and engaging local roots musicians, youth and patrons about the culture and history of African American blues music in an area of rural Maine with little diversity. This event would precede a blues festival being held in Rockland the following week. The concert, reception and blues 101 workshop will all be held at River Arts amidst an extremely popular arts exhibition and at a time of particularly high area family visitation.
