Sandglass Theater

In November of 2023, Sandglass Theater will present the Quebecois theater company Les Sages Fous for two performances of Tricyckle, a dream-like adventure of mystery and transformation performed as a duet between a man and his bike. Les Sages Fous has been creating original puppetry performances for twenty years in their homeland of Québec as well as abroad, and during that time Les Sages Fous and Sandglass Theater have sustained a rich history of collaboration and exchange. In addition to two public performances co-presented with Putney-based partner Next Stage Arts, Sandglass will host Les Sages Fous during the Putney Crafts Fair and Sandglass’ performance of A Rafter of Crankies. Finally, Sandglass will facilitate a combined school presentation of Tricyckle for the three schools in Putney: Putney Central School, The Putney School, and The Grammar School.
