School For Contemporary Dance & Thought

SCDT is partnering with with Motion State Arts to share the work of artists engaging in new works in screen dance since the COVID-19 pandemic began. SCDT will present 3 hybrid performance events sharing the curated series from Motion State Arts with a national and international community. Additional artists talks and workshops will be offered around the screenings. They are in February, March, and July 2021. This collaboration is part of a larger dance film series that will be shaping SCDT's winter/spring season. It includes a curated teen screen dance series, and two work in progress virtual performance events supporting artists working in the medium of video and screen dance.
