Sharinna Travieso

"Bright Futures," led by Sharinna Travieso, aims to transform public elementary and middle schools in Worcester’s low-income neighborhoods through murals. This initiative will turn blank walls into sources of inspiration and creativity, directly involving students, teachers, and local residents in both the design and painting process. The murals are designed to celebrate education and foster connections within the community. This project will also engage the community in a meaningful collaboration, making art accessible and reflective of the community’s spirit and aspirations. Through workshops and paint events, the murals will inspire children to dream big and take pride in their surroundings.
