Sophia De Jesus-Sabella will pursue a three-week artist residency in Heraklion, Greece at the Lakkos Artist Residency. The program is artist-run and aims to bring international artists to the historic Cretian neighborhood of Lakkos to contribute performances, events, and murals to the community. The residency offers the opportunity to learn about public art and create a large mural along with learning from the founder how to establish and operate an artist residency.
